چکیده
To monitor the quality characteristics of a process, appropriate graphical and statistical tools must be used. These are capable showing evolution over time behavior (measurable or countable) detecting situations that seem to present certain anomalies. The control chart is one these widely used in management. In process managing COVID-19 pandemic, this tool will make it possible know at all times whether parameters monitored such as positivity rate, recovery mortality under act accordingly.
